Reverse Mortgage Prequalification

What does a prequalification require?

  • Borrower(s) names
  • Date of birth for all borrower(s)
  • Property address
  • Purchase price
  • Amount of funds borrower has available to bring to closing

 

Once the offer has been accepted, we will need the following to complete the loan application:

  • Fully executed sales contract – executed by the buyer(s), seller(s) and Realtor(s)
  • FHA Real Estate Certification – executed by the buyer(s), seller(s) and Realtor(s)
  • FHA Amendatory Clause – must be dated on the contract date and executed by the buyer(s), seller(s) and Realtor(s)
  • Property Condition Disclosure – completed by seller(s) and generally acknowledged by buyer(s)
  • Any inspections that are included in the contract must be provided by the lender
  • Certificate of Occupancy for new construction properties
